Will I be able to search every criminal record in the country?
No. There are over three thousand county court houses across the US which maintain criminal records. In addition each state will maintain criminal records through their Department of Corrections. Our coverage is extensive but we don't cover it all. If you find someone who does please let us know!
How often are the records updated?
It depends on the state or county. Some counties and states provide updates monthly while others are bi-monthly or semi-annually.
What information do I need to set up my account?
If you are interested in our instant criminal database searches you will need to supply your registration forms (to be printed after registry), a copy of your business license, and a telephone bill verifying your publicly listed business telephone line. If you are interested in our commercial account you will need to supply your registration forms, bank credit reference form, three business references, a telephone bill verifying your publicly listed business telephone line and an on-site inspection must be completed before your account can be activated.
What is included with a premier account?
A premier account will give you access to more in-depth services, such as verifications of education, references and previous employment and Motor Vehicle Records. Because of the nature of the private information provided in these services, premium accounts are required to complete an on-site inspection. If you are unsure whether or not you will need a premier account, please contact us.
How do I pay for the service?
Your credit card will be charged for the package you signed up for on a monthly basis.
How do I retrieve my reports?
If you have an instant criminal database account simply log into your account and choose "download" button next to the case you wish to view. If you have a commercial account log into your account using your user name and password, click on application list tab, and then choose the person's name of the report you wish to view
What is a "No Hit"?
A "no hit" means that we were unable to locate the person being searched by first name, last name, and date-of-birth in our instant database.
How do I cancel my account?
If you have an instant criminal database account and wish to cancel you can simply choose the cancel account button in your on-line account. If you have a commercial account and wish to cancel please contact us at 360-332-9840.
