Know the benefitsThe payment pattern, shown in the Trade Account segments, shows up to a 48-month history of the account rating values on the trade account. The pattern is incremented each month during processing of automated trade accounts.
The pattern has six possible values – 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and X – that correspond to the following account ratings:
| Account Rating Received | 00 | 01 | 02 | 03 | 04 | 05 | UC | UR |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Payment Pattern Entry | X | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | X | X |
The payment pattern is read from left to right, the leftmost value being the most recent. The Payment Pattern Start Date, specifies the year and month the most recent value applies to.
The remaining entries indicate monthly intervals (from most recent to oldest) from that start date and specify the account rating value in effect for each month.
When no data is received from a subscriber for the month or when an account is in dispute, the account rating value is X.
